TIN MAN HIGHLY COMMENDED IN PR WEEK’S BEST PLACES TO WORK AWARDS 2024

We’re super proud to have been ‘highly commended’ in this year’s PR Week Best Places to Work Awards in the Mid-Size Agency category, announced today. 

The judges praised our commitment to our employees, highlighting the comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, the training of four Mental Health First Aiders, and the introduction of an annual £250 wellbeing allowance, amongst other initiatives.

96% of the team agree that the agency fosters an inclusive culture, and 100% (that’s all of us!) feel proud to be a part of the TinMan team.
