Our latest campaign launched an update to Virgin Atlantic’s gender identity policy, removing gendered uniforms for staff and introducing optional pronoun badges for Virgin Atlantic’s people and customers as part of its Be Yourself agenda.   

Fronted by LGBTQ+ icon Michelle Visage, activists, trailblazers and Virgin Atlantic’s people, the news dominated media headlines with a stylised ‘runway on a runway’ fashion shoot crashing timelines, trending on Twitter and reaching Sam Smith’s Instagram. Twice.
