Sleep subliminals. You can find these easily on YouTube or on apps like Headspace. Get comfy, lie in a position without moving and let the high frequency sounds transport you into the land of sleep. We can speak from experience here - they really do work so find some time testing out what you find comforting, whether that’s the sound of rain, coffee shop ambience, or night-time traffic.

The Matt Walker Podcast is all about sleep, the brain, and the body. Matt famously wrote the international bestseller Why We Sleep (also worth a read in our opinion) but his podcast takes deep dives into the world of sleep science.
